Angela Franklin

Angela Franklin, MS, has extensive experience in education, counseling, and fitness. Currently serving as an Assessment Specialist at Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. since October 2014, Angela also contributes as a Zumba Instructor at Brickhouse Cardio Club. Previous roles include Zumba Instructor at Meadow Mill Athletic Club and Avecinia Wellness Center, Graduate Intern and Career Counselor at Stevenson University, and Social Work Assistant/Activity Leader at Winter Growth Inc. Angela has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Angela’s career also includes teaching Biology and Special Education at Howard County and Prince George’s County Public Schools, as well as a Science Educator position at the Maryland Science Center.
