Jim Forer

Jim Forer is the current Vice President of Donated Goods at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. Prior to this, they were a store manager at Dicks Sporting Goods for three years, from 2010 to 2013. During their time at Dicks Sporting Goods, Jim developed a positive work and shopping environment that embraced diversity and promoted sales. Jim also led, coached, and developed all team members to execute company strategies and deliver results.

Since joining Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, Jim has continued their work in developing a positive and productive work environment. Jim has also been instrumental in tracking and increasing the customer base, utilizing the Score Card program to capture repeat customers at POS. In addition, Jim has created employee schedules based on business needs and payroll guidelines, while also mentoring employees on store goals based on the company’s budget plan.

Jim Forer's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Viterbo University.
