Monique McDaniels is the VP of Community Engagement at Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina. Monique has dedicated their career to helping others and making a difference in their community.
Monique started their career as a Senior Strategist at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, communications, partnerships, and operations for the agency. Monique also served as the primary staff liaison for the Juvenile Justice Partners (JJP), internal and external constituents.
In their current role as VP of Community Engagement at Goodwill Industries, Monique is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to build relationships and engage with the community. Monique is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.
Monique McDaniels has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Clemson University. Monique also has a Certification of Economic Development from the SC Department of Commerce Economic Development Institute. Finally, they have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Francis Marion University.
