Dodie Brown

Dodie Brown is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as President & CEO at True North Goodwill and Goodwill Industries Vocational Enterprises, Dodie has held significant roles including Vice President of Finance at Goodwill Central Texas and CFO at Caritas of Austin, where financial strategy and oversight were paramount. Dodie has also contributed to the Chief network, aimed at empowering women leaders, and brings a solid foundation in accounting from early roles as a Staff Accountant and Controller. Dodie holds a BBA in Accounting from Tarleton State University and has completed several executive development programs designed to enhance leadership skills in financial contexts.
