Pavitra Ciavardone

Pavitra Ciavardone, CPCC has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they owned and operated their own company, Pavitra & Co., which lasted until 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Radio Talk Show Host for WWZN 1510AM - Dreamvisions 7 Radio Network from May 2009 to June 2010. In 2006, they served as the Life Coach Expert for SHAPE Magazine's 2007 Weight Loss Diary column. In this role, they helped an individual achieve their weight loss goals and contributed to the creation of an international bestseller.

In 2010, Pavitra joined Pratt Effective Leadership as an Associate, where they worked until 2013. Pavitra then became the Community Outreach & Development Manager for Goodwill Manasota from November 2017 to November 2021. Simultaneously, they also served as a Career Development Facilitator from November 2017 to October 2018.

In 2021, they took on the position of Program Director, CareerEdge Funders Collaborative at The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. Pavitra'stenure at this company lasted until June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships at Goodwill Manasota, starting in June 2022.

In addition to their professional experience, Pavitra has maintained their own business, Pausitive Living, since December 2013. This experience showcases their expertise in various professional fields and their dedication to helping others improve their lives.

Pavitra Ciavardone, CPCC has a background in respiratory care therapy/therapy from Northeastern University and nursing/open studies from Lasell University. They have also completed certifications in organization & relationship systems coaching from CRR Global and certified professional co-active coaching from the Coaches Training Institute. In addition, Pavitra has obtained certifications in facilitation and sales from Leadership Management International.
