Rosemary Cruz

Rosemary Cruz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Donated Goods & Retail Sales at Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth since January 2002. In this role, Rosemary oversees a comprehensive donated goods program, which includes 18 attended donation sites, a home pick-up service, the Goodwill Outlet, recycling, salvage sales, and operations for 25 retail stores and a large e-commerce department. Rosemary has a strong background in management development, revenue growth, labor efficiency improvement, and customer satisfaction. Previously, as the Retail Director at Goodwill, Rosemary managed multiple large locations and oversaw retail sales and operations. Additionally, since November 2020, Rosemary has been involved with MONAT Global, contributing to a line of all-natural, non-toxic hair care products. Rosemary is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with a focus on leadership, marketing, and related support services at Capella University.
