Bonnie Ciaramella

Bonnie Ciaramella serves as Goodwin’s Chief Practice Management Officer. As CPMO, Ms. Ciaramella oversees practice management across the firm’s Business Law and Litigation Departments. She leads a global team of practice management professionals who partner with the firm’s leaders on the design and execution of strategic plans, resource optimization, innovation, and the development of client service and efficiency enhancements.

Having served as a senior advisor to leaders of multiple AmLaw 25 law firms, Ms. Ciaramella brings more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy and planning, marketing and business development, business and financial analysis, and executive communications to the role. Prior to joining Goodwin, she most recently served as the Global Chief Business Development Officer at Sullivan & Cromwell and held senior roles at Morgan Lewis and Dechert. In addition, Ms. Ciaramella had multi-year consulting roles as a senior advisor to Fried Frank, Vinson & Elkins, and Dentons, among other firms.
