Patrick Pica

Patrick Pica has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Patrick started their career in 1996 as a Tactical Planning Team Leader at the Environment Agency. Patrick then served as an Area Business Services Manager, leading a Facilities Management team and coordinating business planning processes.
