Cole Scott

Cole Scott is an accomplished manufacturing executive with extensive experience in the tire and automotive industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Americas Manufacturing at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2022, Cole previously held multiple leadership roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, including VP Global Advanced Manufacturing, VP North America Operations, and Plant Manager of the Texarkana Plant. Cole's career began at Chrysler, where responsibilities included Launch Coordinator and work at the Toledo North Assembly Plant from 1998 to 2008. Cole holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Development from The University of Findlay and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
