Daniel Richards

Daniel Richards, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager in Corporate FP&A and Corporate Finance at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities include managing SG&A and Capex budgets, supporting strategic projects, and overseeing financial activities in partnership with global IT leadership. Daniel also played a vital role in the integration team following Goodyear's acquisition of Cooper Tire, focusing on synergy management and financial process integration. Previous roles at Goodyear included managing global cash forecasts and acting as Lead Analyst for the Americas finance team. Daniel's early career included experience as an Undergraduate Assistant at Miami University and a Finance Intern at Eaton Corporation. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and is currently pursuing an MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
