Romain Mersch

Romain Mersch currently serves as a Senior Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, part of the Global Reinforcement Technology team located at the Goodyear Innovation Center in Luxembourg. Since February 2012, Romain has spearheaded advanced textile reinforcement technology projects, collaborated closely with suppliers and universities, and provided technical support across EMEA and AP regions. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Michelin, where Romain enhanced manufacturing processes through Total Process Control and lean methodologies, and as a Junior Process Engineer for Visteon Corporation, focusing on quality development. Romain holds a Master of Engineering in Technical Textiles and Advanced Materials from ENSAIT and has completed further studies in mechanical engineering.
