Alexey Vinokurov

Alexey Vinokurov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Java and microservices development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Google since January 2025, Vinokurov has previously held senior roles at Proxet and RE Partners, specializing in Java software engineering. Vinokurov’s background includes significant contributions at Shell Energy in building and maintaining billing systems, as well as implementing microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Docker. Earlier experience includes developing components for high-performance billing systems at LogNet Systems and GUI modules at Soft Expansion. Vinokurov holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Donetsk National Technical University.
