Alireza Ghaffarkhah

Alireza Ghaffarkhah is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Director at Google. Previously, Alireza held senior management and engineering roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google, and contributed to the Stratum Project as a Member of the Technical Steering Team at the Open Networking Foundation (ONF). Alireza's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, complemented by research roles as a Guest Researcher at UC Santa Barbara and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico.
