Bill Jia

Bill Jia is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in engineering and algorithm design. Currently serving as VP of Engineering for Core ML/AI at Google, Bill has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Engineering for AI Infrastructure, Data Infrastructure, Software Performance, Capacity Engineering, and Hardware Engineering at Meta. Additionally, Bill contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Viterbi Engineering School at the University of Southern California, where Bill also earned a PhD in Operations Research/Algorithm Design. Earlier academic achievements include a Master's degree in Distributed Scheduling Algorithm from the National University of Singapore.
