Francisco Solsona currently serves as the Head of Startup Developer Ecosystem for the USA at Google, a position held since June 2012, where responsibilities include adapting and executing programs for Google Developers and enhancing the ecosystem in Spanish-speaking LATAM. Prior to this, Francisco was the Coordinator of Computing Services at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from December 2001 to June 2012, where a robust network was established for a community of approximately 10,000 individuals, alongside the implementation of Google Apps for Education. Francisco also taught various courses in the Computer Science program at UNAM from August 2001 to June 2011 and led a project on Technological Risk Assessment for Banobras S.N. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and additional study at The University of Texas at Austin.
