Gerard Lee

Gerard Lee is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in executive talent acquisition across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Lead for APAC Tech Executive Recruiting at Google since November 2018, Gerard oversees the Executive Recruiting function for Google Cloud and Tech. Prior experience includes heading Talent Acquisition for Philips in the ASEAN Pacific, where Gerard transitioned the function to a talent advisory model. Earlier roles at Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds Associates involved executive recruitment and managing significant client partnerships, with notable achievements such as the Asia Pacific Rising Star Award. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Business Management with Double Majors in Marketing and Management & Organisations from The University of Queensland.
