Jayeon Koo

Jayeon Koo is a Software Engineer currently employed at Google since October 2024, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at Pietra from March 2023 to September 2024, and as a Software Engineer Intern at DoorDash from May 2022 to August 2022, focusing on Promotion Integration. Jayeon also served as a Technical Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2020 to August 2021, contributing to the APAC Markets IT and APAC Products IT teams, and completed an IT Summer Analyst role at Credit Suisse in June 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a Web Developer at Ferrum Health in June 2018 and a Program Administrator role at Humans of HKUST from July 2017 to June 2018, where recognition included the President’s 1-HKUST Student Life Award and the HKUST Diversity Scholarship. Jayeon holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with additional academic experience at the University of Waterloo in 2018.
