Shubha Pai

Shubha Pai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy within the digital and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of YouTube Sales & Solutions for India at Google since June 2017, Shubha focuses on delivering relevant consumer messaging through immersive video formats. Prior roles at Flipkart included leading various ad sales divisions, where Shubha significantly enhanced revenue predictability, created go-to-market strategies for new brand partnerships, and achieved remarkable revenue growth. Previous to Flipkart, Shubha held strategic positions at InMobi, focusing on brand performance and presales, as well as roles at Idea Cellular Ltd and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Shubha holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
