Tracy Knight is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in site reliability and performance engineering across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineer Director at Google, Tracy focuses on ensuring the reliability and scalability of Google Cloud Data Analytics. Prior to this, Tracy held the role of Senior Director at Splunk, leading a global team in capacity and performance testing for various product families, achieving significant enhancements in scalability and performance. Earlier positions at Oracle included Senior Director of Software Development and various engineering roles, where Tracy achieved major improvements in application performance and capacity for multiple cloud services. Tracy's career began at Allstate as a Senior Software Developer, leading the development of a policy system for independent insurance agencies.
