Shelby Higgs

Shelby Higgs has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Shelby began as a Marketing and Events Intern at the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. This internship was followed by positions as a Gallery Coordinator Intern at De Re Gallery and an Intern/Executive Assistant at Beau Dunn Inc from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Shelby worked as a Web Content Manager at American Golf Corporation for a short period. Later in the same year, Shelby joined goop, initially as a Customer Experience Associate and then progressed to become a Senior Customer Experience Associate. Shelby continued to grow within goop, taking on the role of Operations Lead, CX from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Shelby is the Operations Lead, Logistics & Fulfillment at goop as of 2022.

Shelby Higgs attended Rosary High School from 2008 to 2012 but did not receive a specific degree or study a particular field during this time. Shelby then went on to enroll at Pepperdine University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
