Stephen Tupper

Stephen Tupper has an extensive background in international development and has held various key roles in different organizations. Currently working as Deputy Team Leader and Chief Technical Adviser at LuxDev, Stephen is providing support for the recovery of Kryvyi Rih Raion in Ukraine. Prior to this, Stephen has been involved in projects supporting small and medium enterprises in Eastern Partnership countries, monitoring EU programs in Asia-Pacific, and facilitating policy dialogue with partner governments for the European Commission. With a PhD in Russian Studies and a strong educational background, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work in the field of international development.
