Isaac Ng has extensive experience in eCommerce and account management, having served as an eCommerce Key Account Manager at 樂高 from August 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included setting up the eCommerce business for Hong Kong and Taiwan, developing strategies, and optimizing store performance. Prior to this role, Isaac was a Top Seller Account Manager at eBay from March 2013 to March 2019, and a Key Account Manager at Memphis Electronic Hong Kong Ltd from November 2010 to March 2013, focusing on sales and marketing for OEM and EMS clients in North China and Asia. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Consultant at PayPal and an Assistant Sales Manager at Preview Co. Ltd. Isaac holds an MBA from CUHK Business School (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2001-2004).
