Mark has been the technology lead involved in the creation of Business Process Outsourcing solution for a $17 billion Life Insurance Company. A delicate balance existed between Mark’s software architecture team, Deloitte & Touches' insurance and offshore teams and the client’s technical staff. Projects encompassed key business solutions, integrated client systems, and project management across client stakeholders, including Legal, Customer Service, Sales, IT, Marketing, and Claims.
