Mattia Carafa

Mattia Carafa is an experienced operations and people management professional with a strong background in live operations and team leadership. Currently serving as the EU Lead Live Operation at Gopuff since January 2022, Mattia oversees live monitoring across European markets, aligns operational standards with regional management, and trains new agents. Previously, as a People Operations Manager at Gorillas, Mattia managed recruitment, onboarding, and employee development after progressing from Warehouse Supervisor to Area Operation Manager. Earlier roles include managerial positions at MIO... RESTAURANT BAR LTD and Obicà Mozzarella Bar, and experience in graphic design and customer service. Mattia holds a degree in Product and Communication Design from ISIA Roma Design.
