Kristina Karnickaitė has a diverse work experience that spans over the past 15 years. From 2021 to present, they have been the Head of Communications at GoRamp, developing and implementing digital marketing tactics in over 10 markets. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Communications Manager at TGS Baltic, specializing in corporate/marketing communications and business development. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Korpora as a Strategist. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior Account Executive at Integrity PR, specializing in marketing communication. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Editor of the lifestyle division at Alfa Media. From 2006 to 2011, they were an Editor at DELFI Lietuva, developing the concept of media platform for youth and recruiting, coaching, and coordinating a team of 15 young journalists.
Kristina Karnickaitė has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Kristina then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Media Management from Staffordshire University between 2010 and 2012. In 2020, they took a course in Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking at Harvard University. Currently, they are enrolled in a Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour course at London Business School.
