Debbie McCready is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global sales enablement and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Enablement at 6 River Systems and the Director of Global Sales Enablement at Mendix, McCready has a proven track record of enhancing sales productivity and driving significant revenue growth through comprehensive training programs and strategic enablement initiatives. Previous positions include leadership roles at Oracle, ACI Worldwide, Progress Software Corporation, Souhegan Design Group, Entelechy, Inc., and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where McCready specialized in developing and delivering tailored learning solutions and competency development for global sales teams. McCready holds a BA in Cognitive Psychology and Biology from Wellesley College and has completed a Master's program in Cognitive and Neural Systems at Boston University.
