Tupou Tongilava

Tupou leads the foundation's digital communications strategies and provides strategic support for digital content and internal communications.

Tupou joined the foundation in 2014 as the administrative assistant to the chief communications officer and interim chief administrations officer and has grown into a strategic partner of the communications team. Tupou manages the foundation's digital communications and content creation. In addition to communications, Tupou actively participates in organizational engagement including the Community Fund and the Moore Foundation's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group.

Prior to joining the foundation, she spent eight years at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, a nonprofit corporation established by Congress to oversee the audits of public companies. Outside of the foundation, Tupou volunteers with and supports the local nonprofit Vakatasi Foundation with its programmatic strategies and organizational communications.
