Stephen Reutter

Stephen Reutter is an experienced professional in law enforcement and sports coaching. Currently serving as the Internal Affairs Manager at Gordon Darby Arizona Testing since August 2022, Stephen has a distinguished thirty-year career with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, where roles included Captain and various command assignments. Prior coaching experience includes leading the Varsity boys soccer team at Phoenix Country Day School to a state championship in 1989 and serving as an assistant coach at Moon Valley High School. Stephen holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science from Lander University. Additional professional development includes leadership training at Northwestern University.
