Gwen Hess

Gwen Hess has extensive experience in financial systems and management, primarily in the legal industry. Gwen worked at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP since 2015, starting as a Financial Systems Support Specialist and later becoming the Financial Systems Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining and supporting the Aderant Expert software suite and developing custom reports and automated processes. Prior to that, they worked at Aderant as a Solutions Consultant. Before entering the legal industry, Gwen worked as a Legal Business Analyst at Bowman and Brooke, where they improved products and services by implementing technical solutions and bridging the gap between IT and Business Management. Gwen also has experience in billing, collections, and financial application support. Gwen's earlier experience includes working as a Veterinary Technician at Family Animal Hospital and as an Inside Sales Representative at Lawless Sales, Inc.

Gwen Hess attended the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Biology and Chemistry and received a Bachelor of Studies degree without a diploma. Prior to that, they studied Zoology/Animal Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1996 to 1998. Gwen also participated in the Pre-Veterinary Program at the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1995.
