Lindsey Shepard

Lindsey Shepard is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP since March 2022. Prior to this, Lindsey held the position of Associate Attorney at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A. from May 2021 to March 2022, and served as an Associate Attorney at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC from November 2017 to May 2021. Lindsey's legal career began as Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance from April 2016 to November 2017. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Alabama School of Law (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Miami University (2008-2012). Law-related experiences also include positions as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern with various organizations, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and Prince, Glover & Hayes.
