Jay Perdue is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as Assistant Network Administrator at Go! Calendars, Games & Toys since March 2018, Jay specializes in managing Windows and Macintosh systems, maintaining tape libraries, and utilizing LanSweeper for hardware reporting. Previous roles include Technical Support Engineer at Eagle Eye Networks, where support for cloud-based security solutions was provided, and Technical Support Specialist for the State of Kansas, focusing on troubleshooting and Active Directory administration.
