Sarah Azzaoui

Sarah Azzaoui is a skilled professional in customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Clove since March 2020, where Sarah built and leads the strategy for the Customer function. With prior experience as a Customer Experience Manager and Associate at Gorgias, along with roles such as Partner Development Specialist at Cisco and Customer Support Associate at First Republic, Sarah has a strong background in client relations and support. Sarah also served as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Shawsheen Coating & Converting and as an Investor Service Intern at Putnam Investments. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University.
