Varvara Baryshnieva

Varvara Baryshnieva is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and branding. Currently serving as Senior Group Manager of Product Marketing at Gorgias since February 2023, Varvara has successfully repositioned the company from a single-product entity to a multi-product organization, enhancing customer journeys and conversion rates. Previously, as Group Manager of Product Marketing at PandaDoc, Varvara established a new department and implemented effective go-to-market processes. Varvara’s earlier roles include serving as Chief Marketing Officer at UniSender, where a new marketing strategy significantly improved conversions, and Head of Product Marketing at Ambisafe Software, focusing on product strategy and brand development. Varvara also contributed as a Senior Marketing Communications Consultant at UNICEF.
