Tom Lipczynski

Tom Lipczynski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and management within the recruitment and technology sectors. As the Founder and Director of Vpply since July 2020, Tom developed a job board and video interview tool to enhance human connection in recruitment. Currently serving as Principal Associate in the Dental Division at Gorilla Jobs, Tom previously held the position of Enterprise National Account Manager at Indeed.com, where responsibilities included client relationship management and promoting advertising solutions. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at both Adzuna Australia and Interactive Data, as well as managerial positions at Pageant Media and VRL Publishing. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney and a High School Certificate from Chevalier College.
