Allen Lee

Allen Lee has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Allen began their career at Nan Shan Life Insurance Co., Ltd as an Information Specialist, where they developed investment systems, payment systems, reports, system testing, and database management. In 2010, they moved to Trend Micro as a System Administrator. In 2011, they joined Gorilla Technology Group as a Project Manager and then moved on to become a Senior Engineer (DBA) and Lead Senior Engineer (DBA). Their accomplishments at Gorilla Technology Group include FET/ TWM LTE Temporary Lawful Interception system architecture build up and integration, as well as a two-year Hinet Lawful Interception Project for packet switched networks & VoIP. Allen has also managed server rooms for 2/3G Lawful interception (LI) systems, generating SOP checklists and resolving SOP methods for troubleshooting.

Allen Lee has a Master's degree in Information System from the University of Colorado at Denver, obtained in 2005. Allen also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information System from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, they have a degree from Southern Taiwan University of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Allen also has two certifications: ISO27001:2013 from IRCA | International Register of Certificated Auditors, obtained in 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, obtained in 2020.
