Sebastiao Paulo Antonio is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network management. Currently serving as an IT Assistant at Gorongosa National Park since July 2018, Sebastiao is responsible for managing Microsoft Office 365, maintaining server and endpoint devices, and overseeing network projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Engineer at Innovate IT Africa from May 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included IT support for a large workforce and handling network security.
