Alexander Harpin

Alexander Harpin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the technical support field. Alexander began their career as an Intern at Butler Memorial Hospital in December 2011 and later became a Corps Member at City Year from July 2012 to May 2013. Following this, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at ReadCube (Labtiva Inc.) from August 2013 to April 2015 and also held the same role at Third Wave Technology Services, Inc. from October 2014 to April 2015.

Harpin then joined GoSecure in April 2015 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Alexander worked in this role until June 2018 when they were promoted to the position of Technical Support Manager. In August 2020, they further advanced to the role of Director of Product Support, where they currently serve.
