Matthew Figueiredo

Matthew Figueiredo has work experience in the field of cybersecurity, serving as a Cyber Security Analyst at GoSecure since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at The Bermuda High School as a Junior Network Administrator from December 2010 to August 2015. Matthew also worked at The Government of Bermuda (Ministry of Education) as an IT Support Technician from August 2009 to November 2010.

Matthew Figueiredo's education history includes earning an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they attended CompuCollege in Halifax and obtained a degree in Information Systems Specialist+. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (CSXF) from ISACA in April 2019, the Microsoft Certified System Administrator: Messaging on Windows Server 2003 from Microsoft in July 2009, Network+ from CompTIA in August 2008, CCNA Routing & Switching from Cisco in November 2018, and CCNA Cyber Ops from Cisco in April 2018.
