Ljiljana Bozickovic is an experienced manager and support professional with a strong background in customer support and service operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Support and Technology at FORM MarketX since January 2022, Ljiljana leads a team dedicated to optimizing support operations and enhancing customer experiences. Previously, Ljiljana held progressively responsible roles at FORM MarketX, including Support Team Lead and Software Support Analyst, where efforts focused on achieving high customer satisfaction.
