Jeff Boerneke

Mr. Boerneke has served as General Counsel and Secretary of Gossamer Bio since 2021 and as the Associate General Counsel since April 2018. Previously, from 2015 to 2018, Mr. Boerneke served as corporate counsel at Amgen Inc. Prior to joining Amgen, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Boerneke received his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law and a B.S. in chemistry from Point Loma Nazarene University.
