David Lonergan started their work experience in 2011 as a Delivery Driver at Marco's Pizza. In 2013, they worked as a Food Runner at Main Street Ventures. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Computer Consultant at the University of Michigan. In 2015, they joined Epic and held multiple roles including Integration Architect/Project Manager, Software Developer, Product Manager, and Team Lead until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Swiftly, Inc.
David Lonergan attended Grandville High School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a high school diploma. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Michigan, where they studied Mathematics and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, David obtained two certifications from SuccessHACKER: they received the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification in December 2022, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification in May 2023.
