Jasmine Parnell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jasmine began their career at Apple in 2013 as a Red Zone/Inventory Specialist, providing technical support and training to customers. Jasmine later took on the role of Specialist and continued to mentor new employees. In 2017, Jasmine joined ADP as a Client Service Associate, where they trained and mentored junior client associates. Jasmine was promoted to Senior Client Services Representative, taking on additional responsibilities such as design, planning, and organizing training programs. While at ADP, they also served as a Client Services Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, Jasmine joined Swiftly, Inc. as a People Operations Coordinator. In this role, they manage employee onboarding, designs and directs orientation and training programs, and implements process improvements based on employee feedback. Jasmine also ensures compliance with labor laws and supports various HR functions.
Jasmine Parnell completed their Bachelor's degree in Music Education at Howard University from 2008 to 2015. Jasmine'seducation journey continued in 2021 when they enrolled at Columbia Southern University to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Jasmine specializes in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, in April 2018, Jasmine obtained a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association.
