Jim Shedlick

Jim Shedlick has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jim currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Swiftly, Inc., where they lead the growth of the engineering team and ensures the delivery of high-quality software products for transit professionals. Prior to this role, Jim was the Head of Engineering at Swiftly, Inc. from August 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Swiftly, Inc., Jim worked at Label Insight, Inc. as the Director of Architecture and an Architect, specializing in software architecture. Jim also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Label Insight, Inc. Jim's earlier experience includes roles at Interactive Intelligence as a Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer, DevOps. Jim began their career at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer.

Jim Shedlick studied at Duke University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Jim has also acquired the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services.
