Qaiser Javed

Qaiser Javed is an experienced professional currently serving as a Global UGRAD-Pakistan Alumni Ambassador at IREX since August 2024, where Qaiser has provided mentorship to new participants and contributed to their successful program navigation. Prior to this role, Qaiser completed a marketing internship at Young's (Private) Limited, focusing on enhancing product packaging and campaign strategies. Qaiser also gained valuable experience as an Executive Intern at the IBA Center of Entrepreneurship Development, where video editing and graphic design skills were utilized to boost social media presence. As the Director of Operations for the IBA Leadership Club, Qaiser streamlined communication processes and organized conferences aimed at developing leadership skills. Earlier leadership experience includes directing the successful execution of an educational module at the Maths and Science Olympiad, Rubik 4.0. Qaiser is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Institute of Business Administration and California State University, Bakersfield, with a solid educational foundation from Cambridge International and specialized training in key technologies for business.
