Lindsey Gray is the Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Gotcha. Lindsey has over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, client management, government affairs, community planning, and outreach/engagement programs.
Lindsey has a proven track record of success in initiating company mergers and consolidations. Lindsey was instrumental in the merger between Gotcha and Last Mile Holdings, which resulted in a Canadian IPO in 2019-2020. Lindsey also led the consolidation of various distribution centers to one located in Birmingham, AL in collaboration with Birmingham Bound.
Lindsey is a highly effective leader and manager. Lindsey has successfully managed a corporate portfolio of 78+ clients throughout the U.S. in various stages of the sales and partnership cycle, including negotiating contracts. Lindsey has also directed all lobbying, consulting, and trade association relationships for the company and led corporate policy strategy.
Under Lindsey's leadership, Gotcha has aligned innovations in the gig economy, technology, and products with state and federal policies. Lindsey has also successfully influenced city ordinances and state laws throughout the U.S. through direct government affairs and engagement campaigns. In addition, they have created rider equity programs and implemented them appropriately across company markets.
Lindsey Gray has a Senior Executive Institute from the Weldon Cooper School of Public Service from the University of Virginia. Lindsey also has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Troy University as well as a Communications degree in Public Relations from Troy University.
They work with Caroline Walker - Technology and Rider Experience, Phil Hallstedt - Vice President of Operations, and Brett Vigrass - General Counsel. Lindsey Gray reports to Max Smith, Chief Executive Officer.
