Felix Pesch

Felix Pesch's work experience includes various roles in the insurance industry, starting with a management trainee position in underwriting and product management. Felix then served as the Chief-Underwriter for Property and Engineering Lines before becoming the Product Owner for P&C Commercial Lines. Felix has also held the role of Expert in Agile Transformation at Corporate Development. Currently, they are the Head of Product Management for P&C Commercial Lines (SME) at Gothaer. In addition to their insurance experience, Felix gained teaching experience as a Lecturer in Emergency Medicine at medakademie. Felix also held positions as Head of Travel Guides at ruf reisen and Student Trainee at Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH and Berufsfeuerwehr Köln.

Felix Pesch holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Rescue Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Rescue Engineering at the same university from 2007 to 2011. In 2007, Felix also completed a certification as a Rettungsassistent at DRK Kreis Aachen gGmbH. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer in 2020, Certified SAFe 4 Release Train Engineer in 2019, Certified Product Owner in 2018, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in 2018, and Geprüfter Versicherungsfachmann (IHK) in 2015.
