Solveig Schulze's work experience begins in 2011 as an Organizational Development Intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. In 2012, they worked as a Public Management Intern at Kienbaum Executive Consultants. In 2013, Schulze was an Intrapreneur Intern at etruvian. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Co-Creator at Lufthansa Innovation Hub within the Deutsche Lufthansa Group. From 2015 to 2019, Schulze held various roles at Lufthansa Innovation Hub GmbH, including Senior Transformation Manager, Senior Venture Development Manager, and Project Manager. In 2019, they worked as an Associate at Brunswick Group. From 2020 to 2022, Schulze co-led and served as a Director at signals. Currently, they are the Head of Digitalisation at Gothaer and also serves as the Managing Director of Gothaer Digital.
Solveig Schulze completed their Bachelor of Arts in Public Management & Governance at Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen from 2009 to 2012. Solveig then pursued their Master of Science in International Business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2013 to 2014.
