Mark Lodge

Mark Lodge is an experienced executive in operations and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gotham Greens since January 2023, Mark has previously held key leadership roles including Chief Operations Officer at Calavo Growers and Executive Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Food Group, where responsibilities included managing operations for a major provider of natural school meals. Mark also served as President of True Fresh HPP and True Food Innovations, focusing on high-pressure processing technology, and as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets, overseeing a significant and complex manufacturing and distribution network. Early career experience includes a progression from Manufacturing Manager to Site Director at Greencore, handling various operational functions.
