Patrick McCauley

Patrick McCauley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2020, they were an Operating Partner at DCVC (Data Collective), a Board Member at the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, a Partner and Chief of Staff at Gothams, and the Founder and President of Decisive Advantage LLC. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader at USSOCOM, and from 2015 to 2016, they held the same role at SOCCENT. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2015, they were the Command Sergeant Major of the DoD Special Missions Unit.

Patrick McCauley has a Master of Science degree in Strategic/Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston. Patrick also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Studies from Norwich University. Prior to their higher education, they obtained a high school diploma from St. Xavier High School in the period of 1982 to 1986.
