Jeremy Weng

Jeremy Weng currently serves as Manager of EV Battery Program Management at Gotion Inc., leading a team to define program KPIs and ensure readiness for over 10 customers. Prior to this role, Jeremy held various positions at Ford Motor Company, including Senior Program Manager in Battery Electric Vehicle Program Management, Program Manager overseeing the launch of new products, Supplier Technical Assistant Engineer managing supplier industrialization, and Buyer focusing on cost negotiation and productivity improvement. Earlier experience includes a position as Process Engineer at CALIENT Technologies Inc. Jeremy holds an MBA in Operations Management and Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Physics from UC San Diego.
